Why a nonprofit rate?
Nonprofit professionals frequently carry executive-level responsibility in organizations with limited professional-development budgets and constrained internal capacity.
Mission & Momentum uses a separate Nonprofit & Community Rate to make individual support more accessible without treating nonprofit expertise—or nonprofit professionals—as less valuable.
The service is the same.
The pricing acknowledges the environment.
If your organization has professional-development, leadership, employee-support, or capacity-building funds available, your organization may also pay for your Mission & Momentum services.
Your organization can pay
You do not necessarily have to pay personally.
Mission & Momentum can work with organizations that want to sponsor professional work support for an employee or leader.
The organization pays for the service, while the individual receives the support.
Confidentiality expectations are established clearly before services begin. Employers do not automatically receive the content of individual sessions simply because they are paying for them.

Foundations can pay, too
Mission & Momentum is also developing partnership options for foundations and funders that want to invest in the capacity of nonprofit leaders within their grantee communities.
Instead of expecting already-stretched organizations to locate additional operating funds, a funder can directly support access to practical workload, executive-function, implementation, and follow-through support.
This may include individual leader support, cohort-based programs, transition support, or a pool of sponsored services available to participating grantees.
