Monthly practical work support | $495/month
Nonprofit & Community Rate | $410/month

For when the problem isn’t one unusually chaotic week. It’s the fact that there is always another unusually chaotic week.

Ongoing, practical support for leaders and professionals carrying more work, decisions, and responsibilities than one person can reasonably contain.

Each month includes two focused work-support sessions, two shorter accountability or body-doubling sessions, brief between-session check-ins, and a personalized approach to priorities, capacity, and follow-through.

Neurodivergent-informed. No diagnosis required. No expectation that a new productivity system will somehow give you three additional hours in the day.

Important work gets complicated when there is simply too much of it.

You may be good at your job.

You may care deeply about the work.

You may understand exactly what needs to happen.

And you may still find yourself staring at twelve legitimate priorities, three difficult emails, a project you have been meaning to start for two weeks, and a calendar that apparently believes transition time is fictional.

Mission & Momentum Ongoing Support is for that.

This is practical, one-to-one professional support designed to help you manage the work you actually have with the capacity, brain, responsibilities, and circumstances you actually have.

Instead of starting over with a brand-new productivity system every time things get complicated, we work together consistently to figure out:

What matters now? What is getting stuck? What needs to move? What can wait? And what would make this work more workable?

What your monthly support includes

  • Two 50-minute Work Support Sessions
Focused working sessions for priorities, projects, decisions, planning, communication, workload problems, or whatever is creating the most friction right now.
  • Two 25-minute Momentum Sessions
Shorter accountability, body-doubling, task-initiation, or follow-through sessions when you need help actually moving the work.
  • Brief Between-Session Check-Ins
Limited written check-ins to help you stay oriented, adjust the plan, or identify the next step when circumstances inevitably change.
  • Personalized Priority & Follow-Through Support
We build an approach around how you work rather than forcing you into a generic productivity framework.
  • Ongoing Adjustment
Because the plan that worked during a relatively calm week may be spectacularly irrelevant during budget season, a staff transition, a launch, or the week everything catches fire at once.

What can we actually work on?

Bring the real work.

You might use a session to sort an overloaded week, prepare for a difficult meeting, break apart a major project, decide what needs to be delegated, start something you have been avoiding, or figure out how to communicate that an existing deadline is no longer realistic.

We can work on things such as competing priorities, project breakdown, task initiation, follow-through, workload planning, capacity decisions, body doubling, accountability, meeting preparation, difficult workplace communication, transitions between projects, recurring responsibilities, deadline recovery, delegation, and creating systems that are more likely to survive contact with your actual life.

You do not have to spend the session explaining your workload while I nod thoughtfully from the sidelines.

We can work on it together.

This may be a good fit if...

You are capable of doing complex work but have difficulty keeping all of it oriented at the same time.

Your responsibilities regularly exceed the amount of uninterrupted time available to manage them.

You spend a lot of energy figuring out what to do before you can begin doing it.

You know something is important but continue having trouble starting it.

You are good at responding to urgent needs and considerably less good at protecting time for work that becomes urgent only after being ignored long enough.

You have ADHD, Autism, AuDHD, executive-function differences, or another work style that does not respond particularly well to “just be more disciplined.”

Or perhaps you do not identify as neurodivergent at all.

You are simply responsible for a lot, and managing it alone is becoming increasingly difficult.

That is enough.

Neurodivergent-informed. Diagnosis not required.

Mission & Momentum is intentionally designed to accommodate different ways of thinking, organizing, communicating, initiating, processing, and maintaining momentum.

That can include support around executive functioning, working-memory load, transitions, variable capacity, sensory or meeting load, task initiation, accountability, ambiguity, and the friction between knowing what needs to happen and getting yourself into position to do it.

You do not need an ADHD, Autism, AuDHD, or other diagnosis to work with me.

We work with what is happening—not whether you have the correct paperwork explaining why it is happening.

Particular expertise in nonprofit and resource-constrained environments

Mission & Momentum works with professionals across industries, with particular expertise in nonprofit, mission-driven, and resource-constrained work.

I understand environments where a person may simultaneously be responsible for staff, strategy, board relationships, funders, community expectations, deadlines, programs, operations, communications, and the unexpected situation that arrived at 10:17 Tuesday morning.

You do not need to explain why simply eliminating half of your responsibilities is not currently an available productivity strategy.

Standard Professional Rate

$495/month

For professionals, executives, managers, founders, consultants, business owners, and organization-sponsored clients.

Nonprofit & Community Rate

$410/month

A deliberately reduced rate for qualifying nonprofit and community-sector professionals.

This is not a reduced version of the service.

You receive the same Mission & Momentum support at a rate intended to recognize the financial realities of mission-driven and community-based work.

For organization-, employer-, or foundation-sponsored engagements involving multiple participants, please contact Mission & Momentum for partnership pricing.

What this service is not

Mission & Momentum provides nonclinical professional work support.

It is not psychotherapy or mental-health treatment, ADHD or Autism assessment or diagnosis, medical or medication advice, crisis services, legal or employment-law advice, formal disability-accommodation assessment, or a guarantee of any particular workplace or performance outcome.

When something falls outside my scope, I will say so.

How ongoing support begins

If we have not worked together before, I recommend starting with a free 20-minute Fit Conversation.

We will talk briefly about what you are carrying, what kind of support you are looking for, and whether Mission & Momentum is the right fit.

If we decide to work together, you will complete a brief intake and service agreement before your first session.

You do not need to prepare a comprehensive explanation of your entire professional life.

We can locate the thread together.

Monthly investment

Standard Professional Rate: $495/month
Nonprofit & Community Rate: $410/month

Includes:

  • 2 × 50-minute Work Support Sessions
  • 2 × 25-minute Momentum Sessions
  • Brief between-session check-ins
  • Personalized priority and follow-through support
  • Ongoing adjustment as workloads and capacity change

This is ongoing monthly support rather than a one-time productivity overhaul.

Because sometimes what you need is not a better system.

Sometimes you need another person who can help you figure out what matters, what happens next, and how to keep the important work moving.
