Foundation-Funded Support Hours

Flexible access without requiring every grantee to enroll in a program

A foundation could purchase a pool of Mission & Momentum support hours for eligible grantee leaders.

For example, participating leaders might be able to use foundation-funded support for:

• A Workload Reset
• A Project Rescue Intensive
• A month of ongoing support
• High-Demand Support
• A short series of accountability or work-support sessions

This model can be particularly useful when grantees have different needs at different times.

One organization may be in executive transition.

Another may be preparing a large federal proposal.

Another may have an overwhelmed program director who needs help getting several projects back under control.

Rather than requiring everyone to participate in the same intervention, the foundation creates access to a flexible resource.
