30 days of concentrated work support | $695
Nonprofit & Community Rate | $625

For the month when “a lot going on” has become a significant understatement.

A concentrated month of practical support for leaders and professionals navigating an unusually demanding stretch of work.

High-Demand Support includes weekly work-support sessions, additional accountability/body-doubling sessions, more frequent check-ins, and hands-on priority and follow-through support for executive transitions, grant deadlines, major events, launches, staffing changes, new roles, critical deliverables, or quarters in which everything appears to have scheduled itself for the same three weeks.

No ongoing subscription required.

Some months need more support than others.

Maybe you are stepping into a new leadership role.

Maybe the grant is due, the board meeting is approaching, two staff positions are vacant, and someone has just used the phrase “quick additional request.”

Maybe you are launching something significant.

Maybe you're managing an executive transition, annual event, major deliverable, organizational change, funding deadline, or a workload that has temporarily become unreasonable even by your usual standards.

Or maybe nothing dramatic happened at all.

There is simply too much work, too little capacity, and not enough room to think clearly about either one.

High-Demand Support Month is a 30-day concentrated Mission & Momentum engagement designed for exactly those periods.

Instead of trying to white-knuckle your way through the month and clean up the consequences afterward, we work together throughout it.

What your High-Demand Support Month includes

Four 50-minute Work Support Sessions

One substantial session each week to help you:

  • Triage competing priorities
  • Plan around deadlines and dependencies
  • Break down complicated projects
  • Make workload and capacity decisions
  • Prepare for important meetings or conversations
  • Deal with work that has become stuck or avoided
  • Adjust plans as circumstances change
  • Determine what needs to happen—and what does not

These are working sessions.

Bring the project plan, board agenda, grant requirements, overloaded task list, presentation outline, calendar, launch plan, difficult email, or vague collection of responsibilities currently living rent-free in your head.

Four 25-minute Momentum Sessions

Shorter sessions can be used for:

  • Accountability
  • Body doubling
  • Task initiation
  • Getting unstuck
  • Deadline check-ins
  • Reorienting after the week's plan changes
  • Preparing immediately before a difficult task
  • Making sure an important next action actually becomes an action

Sometimes you do not need another hour of strategy.

You need 25 minutes of:

“This is the thing. We are starting the thing.”

More frequent between-session check-ins

During a High-Demand Support Month, you have more contact than with the standard ongoing package.

This may include brief written check-ins around:

  • Current priorities
  • Progress
  • Upcoming deadlines
  • Changes to the plan
  • A task that has become stuck
  • Decisions that need to be made before the next session

Between-session support is intentionally brief and bounded.

High-demand support does not mean 24/7 access, immediate-response messaging, emergency availability, or an invitation to send me your entire inbox at 2:14 a.m.

We are adding support—not creating another unsustainable job.

We build one working plan for the month

At the beginning of the engagement, we identify:

What must move.
What would be useful to move.
What can wait.
What needs someone else's attention.
What is consuming far more cognitive space than it deserves.

From there, we create a working priority and follow-through approach for the month.

Importantly, it is allowed to change.

Because your Tuesday morning plan may have been perfectly reasonable before Wednesday introduced three new variables and an emergency spreadsheet.

The purpose of ongoing contact is to adjust without starting from scratch every time circumstances change.

When this package can be particularly useful

Executive or leadership transition

You are entering a new role, leaving one, temporarily covering additional responsibilities, or navigating changes in leadership.

We can work on:

  • Immediate priorities
  • Information overload
  • Transition planning
  • Delegation
  • Communication
  • New recurring responsibilities
  • Determining what actually requires your attention during the transition

Grant, funding, or reporting deadline

There are multiple components, dependencies, contributors, attachments, deadlines, and approximately one document that nobody can locate.

We can:

  • Map the requirements
  • Identify dependencies
  • Break the work into manageable parts
  • Create realistic interim deadlines
  • Use body doubling for difficult sections
  • Track what is waiting on someone else
  • Keep the project moving without holding the entire grant in working memory

Event, launch, or major deliverable

Useful when a significant project is temporarily consuming a large percentage of your available capacity.

Examples include:

  • Annual events
  • Conferences
  • Fundraising campaigns
  • Program launches
  • Product or service launches
  • Presentations
  • Strategic-plan deadlines
  • Annual reports
  • Major proposals
  • Board retreats
  • Organizational initiatives

Staffing disruption

A vacancy, leave, departure, hiring process, performance concern, or staffing transition has redistributed work across people who already had jobs.

We can focus on:

  • What genuinely needs coverage
  • Temporary priorities
  • Delegation
  • Capacity
  • Communication
  • Work that can be paused
  • Preventing a short-term staffing issue from quietly becoming your permanent workload

A new role or significantly expanded responsibilities

Perhaps you received a promotion.

Perhaps your job expanded without technically receiving the memo that it had become three jobs.

Either way, we can work on:

  • Identifying the actual role
  • Understanding recurring responsibilities
  • Creating working structures
  • Protecting priority work
  • Identifying expectations that need clarification
  • Building ways of working before everything becomes reactive

An overloaded quarter

There does not have to be one dramatic event.

Sometimes several normal things simply arrive simultaneously:

budget season + board cycle + staff evaluations + program deadlines + travel + fundraising + life.

This package gives you a temporary increase in support without requiring you to commit to ongoing monthly services.

This is especially useful when you know what to do—but cannot hold all of it at once.

High-Demand Support is not about assuming you lack professional competence.

Quite the opposite.

Many clients are highly capable people dealing with more inputs, decisions, responsibilities, interruptions, and dependencies than one person's working memory was designed to contain.

The work can become difficult because there is too much context switching.

Too many open loops.

Too many decisions waiting for enough uninterrupted thought.

Too many things that are both legitimately important and completely incompatible with the available number of hours.

We work with that reality.

Neurodivergent-informed. No diagnosis required.

Mission & Momentum is designed to accommodate different ways of thinking, processing, organizing, initiating, transitioning, communicating, and maintaining momentum.

Support can account for things such as:

  • ADHD and executive-function differences
  • AuDHD
  • Autistic ways of working
  • Working-memory overload
  • Variable capacity
  • Task-initiation difficulty
  • Transition costs
  • Sensory or meeting load
  • Difficulty prioritizing among multiple legitimate demands
  • The gap between knowing exactly what needs to happen and being able to start it

You do not need a diagnosis to use this service.

You also do not need to identify as neurodivergent.

If your work has exceeded your current capacity to comfortably organize and contain it, we have something useful to work with.

Particular expertise in nonprofit and mission-driven environments

High-Demand Support is available to professionals across sectors, with particular expertise in nonprofit, community-based, mission-driven, and resource-constrained work.

That includes an understanding that:

  • Not every important responsibility can simply be eliminated
  • Delegating requires someone available to receive the delegation
  • Grant deadlines are not particularly interested in your executive-function capacity
  • Staff, boards, funders, programs, and communities may all have legitimate competing needs
  • “Focus only on your highest priority” becomes less useful advice when several priorities have external consequences

We will still make choices.

We just won't pretend the choices exist in a vacuum.

How this differs from Mission & Momentum Ongoing Support

Ongoing Support is designed for steady month-to-month partnership.

It includes two substantial Work Support Sessions and two shorter Momentum Sessions each month.

High-Demand Support Month temporarily increases the level of support:

4 Work Support Sessions
4 Momentum Sessions
More frequent check-ins
A concentrated 30-day workload plan

Choose High-Demand Support when you expect the coming month to require more frequent planning, adjustment, accountability, or hands-on support than usual.

You can purchase it as a standalone month.

You do not have to continue into an ongoing subscription afterward.

Standard Professional Rate

$695 for 30 days

For professionals, executives, managers, founders, consultants, business owners, and organization-sponsored participants.

Nonprofit & Community Rate

$625 for 30 days

Available to qualifying nonprofit and community-sector professionals.

The service itself is the same. The reduced rate is intended to recognize the financial realities of mission-driven and community-based work.

For employer-, foundation-, or organization-sponsored engagements involving multiple participants, contact Mission & Momentum for partnership pricing.

What this service is not

High-Demand Support is professional work support—not emergency or crisis support.

It is not:

  • Therapy or mental-health treatment
  • ADHD or Autism assessment, diagnosis, or treatment
  • Medical or medication advice
  • Crisis intervention
  • Legal advice
  • Employment-law advice
  • Formal disability-accommodation assessment
  • 24-hour availability
  • An executive assistant or virtual assistant service
  • A guarantee that every item on your list will be completed
  • A promise that your workplace will suddenly become reasonable

If something falls outside the scope of Mission & Momentum, I will say so and recommend appropriate outside support when applicable.

After you purchase

You'll receive:

1. A brief intake form
Enough information to help us identify what is happening without requiring you to write an autobiography about your workload.

2. Scheduling instructions
We'll schedule your four Work Support Sessions and four Momentum Sessions across the 30-day period.

3. Your initial workload-mapping session
We begin by identifying the major demands, deadlines, pressure points, dependencies, and available capacity.

4. Your working plan
Then we use the month to keep adapting that plan as the work moves.

You do not need to organize everything before our first meeting.

If you were already perfectly able to organize all of it, this would be a rather unnecessary purchase.
