A brief 20-minute conversation to see whether Mission & Momentum is the right kind of support for what you’re carrying right now.

No pressure. No diagnosis required. No need to arrive with a perfectly organized explanation of the problem.

Mission & Momentum is practical work support for leaders and professionals who are carrying more than one person can reasonably contain.

A Work Support Consultation is a short, no-cost meeting to talk about what’s making work feel harder than it needs to, what kind of support you’re looking for, and whether my approach is a good match.

This is a chance to ask questions before committing to a package. We might talk about things like competing priorities, work that feels difficult to start, overloaded systems, inconsistent follow-through, leadership demands, executive-function friction, or simply the fact that too much work is living in your head at once.

You do not need an ADHD, Autism, AuDHD, or other diagnosis to schedule a conversation.

Mission & Momentum is neurodivergent-informed, but the service is also for people who do not identify as neurodivergent and simply need a more workable way to manage responsibility, capacity, and follow-through.

During the conversation, we’ll look at:

• What you’re responsible for right now
• What feels stuck, overloaded, or difficult to manage
• What you’ve already tried
• What kind of support might actually be useful
• Whether Mission & Momentum falls within the right scope for your needs
• Which service or package would make the most sense, if any

This is not:

• A coaching session
• Therapy or mental-health treatment
• ADHD or autism assessment
• Crisis support
• Legal, medical, or employment-law advice
• A requirement to purchase anything afterward

After checkout, you’ll receive instructions for choosing an available 20-minute appointment time and a few brief questions so I have enough context to make the conversation useful.
