75-minute one-time working session | $150
Need help sorting the work before you need another system for managing the work? Start here.

When too many things are competing for your attention, it can become surprisingly difficult to determine what actually needs to happen first.

The Workload Reset is a focused 75-minute working session where we get the workload out of your head, sort what matters, untangle something that is stuck, and create a realistic plan for what happens next.

No ongoing commitment. No diagnosis required. No expectation that you arrive organized.

When everything feels important, choosing where to start gets harder.

You may have the calendar. The task list. The project-management software. The notes from the meeting. Possibly several additional notes explaining what you meant by the first set of notes.

And yet the work is still sitting there.

The Workload Reset is a 75-minute practical working session for leaders and professionals who need help getting oriented, making decisions, and moving forward.

This isn't a session where you spend an hour talking about becoming more productive someday. We work with the actual responsibilities, deadlines, projects, decisions, and constraints you are carrying right now.

You can show up with a beautifully organized project list.

You can also show up saying:

“There are approximately 37 things happening and I don't know where to begin.”

Both are acceptable starting points.

During your Workload Reset, we can:

  • Get competing tasks, responsibilities, deadlines, and concerns out of your head and into one workable view
  • Separate actually urgent from loud, uncomfortable, or theoretically important
  • Identify what needs your attention now—and what does not
  • Break down one particularly stuck, avoided, confusing, or overwhelming project
  • Clarify the next actions instead of leaving you with another collection of vague intentions
  • Look at deadlines, consequences, dependencies, and available capacity
  • Identify what can be delegated, delayed, renegotiated, simplified, or intentionally not done
  • Prepare for an upcoming meeting, deadline, conversation, deliverable, or demanding week
  • Create a realistic short-term plan you can actually use after the session
  • Identify where accountability, body doubling, communication support, or a different work approach might help

You leave with a plan, not homework about making a plan

At the end of the session, we will capture the priorities and next steps we've identified so you are not expected to reconstruct the entire conversation from memory later.

The goal is not to organize every aspect of your professional life in 75 minutes.

The goal is to create enough clarity to move again.

The Workload Reset may be especially useful if…

You keep rearranging the same tasks without starting them.

One project has become disproportionately large in your brain.

You have several legitimate priorities and cannot figure out which one gets to win.

You are returning from vacation, leave, a particularly chaotic period, or several weeks of accumulated work.

You are entering a high-demand period and need a realistic plan before everything becomes urgent.

Your role has expanded faster than your systems have.

You are responsible for more work than one person can reasonably contain.

You know what productivity advice says you should do. The problem is making it work within the job, brain, energy, interruptions, and capacity you actually have.

Neurodivergent-informed, not diagnosis-dependent

Mission & Momentum is designed with executive-function differences and neurodivergent ways of working in mind, including ADHD, AuDHD, and autistic experiences.

You do not need a diagnosis—or need to identify as neurodivergent—to book a Workload Reset.

You may simply know that conventional approaches to organization, prioritization, or productivity aren't working particularly well for you.

We start there.

Particularly useful for nonprofit and resource-constrained work

The Workload Reset is available to professionals across industries, with particular expertise in nonprofit, mission-driven, and resource-constrained environments.

That matters when your workload includes things like staff needs, board responsibilities, grants, programs, community expectations, fundraising, reporting, strategic priorities, and several emergencies that apparently did not consult one another before arriving.

You don't need to explain why “just focus on your three priorities” becomes complicated when six different people legitimately depend on the other nine.

What this session is not

The Workload Reset is practical, nonclinical professional support. It is not therapy, mental-health treatment, ADHD or autism assessment or diagnosis, medical or medication advice, crisis support, legal or employment-law advice, or a formal disability-accommodation assessment.

It also does not guarantee a particular workplace or productivity outcome.

After you purchase

You'll receive instructions for scheduling your 75-minute virtual Workload Reset along with a short pre-session form.

The form is intentionally brief. I'll ask enough to understand what you're carrying and what would make the session useful.

You do not need to organize your workload before the appointment.

That would rather defeat the purpose.

Investment

$150 | One 75-minute session

No subscription. No ongoing commitment.

If, after the session, you decide ongoing Mission & Momentum support would be useful, we can discuss your options. There is no requirement to continue.

You don't have to solve the entire workload today.

We can figure out what matters, what happens next, and what can stop taking up quite so much space in your head.
